FAQ
Ajax questions, answered
Can we buy Ajax security systems locally with UAE VAT invoices?
Yes. We source genuine Ajax hardware through authorized distribution with TRN-compliant UAE tax invoices, formal purchase orders, local warranty backing and corporate payment terms.
Do you install Ajax — not just supply the devices?
Yes. We design your intrusion, fire and video coverage, install and configure every device, and hand over a fully working system on the Ajax app.
Can Ajax work without internet or during power cuts?
Yes. Ajax hubs use Jeweller radio with long range, and Hub 2 Plus carries Ethernet, Wi-Fi and dual SIM with battery backup for uninterrupted protection.
What support do we get after installation?
Every project includes free hyper-care support after handover, with optional AMC contracts covering proactive maintenance, health monitoring and rapid on-site response.
